Ingredients
4 Rolls of Pre-made Pie Crust
2 ½ Cups Strawberries, Chopped
2 ½ Tbsp. Corn Starch
½ Cup Sugar
2 Containers Whipped Cream
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350º degrees.
- In a sauce pan, combine strawberries, cornstarch, and sugar.
- Mash strawberries and stir at a boil for about 2 minutes.
- Pour filling into a bowl and let cool.
- Take the 4 pre-made pie crusts, roll them out, place on baking sheets, and put in the oven until golden brown.
- In a large cake sheet, place one of the crusts inside.
- Layer with cream and strawberry filling and place another crust on top.
- Repeat until you've done each layer.
- Top the cake with a layer of whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve.
